NU Type
Two outer-ring flanges and no inner-ring flange allow axial displacement between the rings.
Cylindrical roller bearings use line contact between the rollers and raceways to support high radial loads. Their separable rings simplify mounting and maintenance.
Choose the flange arrangement to suit the shaft's axial location and displacement requirements. Single-row designs include NU, NJ, NUP, N and NF types.

Two outer-ring flanges and one inner-ring flange provide axial location in one direction.
An additional loose flange ring provides axial location in both directions.
Two inner-ring flanges and no outer-ring flange allow axial displacement between the rings.

Structural illustrations are schematic. Consult the selected model's dimensions below.
The inner and outer rings can be mounted separately, simplifying assembly and inspection.
Depending on the selected design, cages may use pressed steel, machined brass or moulded polyamide.
NN and NNU configurations offer high radial rigidity for applications such as machine-tool spindles. Contact AOSN for selection support.
